"Platform" means the win338 website, progressive web application, and all associated services accessible at win338.games and any official subdomains operated by win338.

"Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a win338 account and is using the platform in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. A Player must be a natural person, not a corporation or other legal entity.

"Account" means the individual PKR-denominated player account created by a Player upon registration at win338. Each Player may hold one (1) active Account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

"Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's win338 Account balance that consists of funds deposited directly in PKR, or winnings derived from real money wagers. Real Money Balance is immediately withdrawable subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.

"Bonus Balance" means funds awarded to a Player through a win338 promotional offer. Bonus Balance is subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable promotion terms and is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.

To register and use a win338 Account, you must be at least 18 years of age. win338 conducts age verification on all Pakistan accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win338 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. win338 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your win338 Account, you must contact support immediately via Live Chat.

win338 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be initiated at registration or at any subsequent point at win338's discretion. Pakistan players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

win338 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and MCB Bank transfer. win338 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Pakistan Players.

The minimum deposit at win338 is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are specified within the deposit section of your win338 Account and may vary by payment method. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your PKR balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–4 hours to reflect depending on your Pakistan bank's processing times.

win338 targets the following withdrawal processing times as standard, subject to completed KYC verification:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: under 30 minutes from approval;
• SadaPay and Raast: under 2 hours from approval;

win338 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible. win338 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above 100,000 PKR. win338 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in the Player's verified name, or accounts not matching the Player's KYC-verified identity.

win338 holds Player funds separately from operational funds. Your PKR balance is protected in the event of win338's insolvency. win338 does not use Player funds for operational expenses.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by win338 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 5. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount in PKR. For example, a 1,000 PKR bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires 30,000 PKR of qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform;

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits win338's liability for death or personal injury caused by win338's own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by win338, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and win338, Players are encouraged to contact win338 support in the first instance via Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email at [email protected]. win338's support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, Players may escalate the matter to win338's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under win338's international gambling licence jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, Players agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the win338 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under win338's licensing authority.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
